Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the frontline in assisting our users with their inquiries and issues, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience with Filerev. Your role will involve troubleshooting, providing detailed product information, and contributing to our knowledge base. You'll have the opportunity to work remotely with a dynamic team that values innovation and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media, providing timely and accurate support.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Filerev and guide users through solutions.
- Collect and report customer feedback to the development team for product improvements.
- Create and update support documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
- Conduct live user training sessions and produce instructional materials.
Qualifications
- Strong technical foundation with experience in SaaS applications and Google Drive.
- Proven ability in software troubleshooting and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to explain complex technical details in simple, understandable terms.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and ticketing systems.
- Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in a customer support role, preferably in a tech or SaaS company.
- Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript, TypeScript) is a plus.
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous.
