Our owner Callum Eckersley has been in the fitness industry for 9 years and developed the Universal Fitness Program based on his experience in dealing with everyday people and how to get them the best results. Since developing our exclusive, coaching based style of training in 2019 we have grown fast, developing a reputation for getting our clients life changing results. We pride ourselves on providing a high level of personal attention to our clients. Due to this, we only have a limited number of memberships available.
