Seret Saunas are a US-based e-commerce company seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our customers as they make purchasing decisions and receive their orders.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the customer experience including pre- and post-sales support across phone, email, live chat, and help desk channels
- Take phone calls and promptly return voicemails from prospective and existing customers
- Provide customized product recommendations and quotes
- Process orders accurately in our Shopify platform
- Keep customers updated on order status, shipping details, delivery timelines, and address any offloading assistance needed
- Manage ticket queues in our Gorgias help desk system and continually improve response times
- Identify process improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Uphold our brand standard of exceptional service through every customer interaction
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years in customer service or sales role, ideally in ecommerce
- Proficiency with Shopify platforms
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize urgent customer issues
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience with help desk software like Gorgias
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing familiarity with sauna or similar technical product categories
- Experience processing high-ticket transactions
- Interest in providing constructive feedback to expand our Customer Service team
