Job Description


As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the frontline in assisting our users with their inquiries and issues, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience with Filerev. Your role will involve troubleshooting, providing detailed product information, and contributing to our knowledge base. You'll have the opportunity to work remotely with a dynamic team that values innovation and user satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media, providing timely and accurate support.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to Filerev and guide users through solutions.

  • Collect and report customer feedback to the development team for product improvements.

  • Create and update support documentation, FAQs, and user guides.

  • Conduct live user training sessions and produce instructional materials.


Qualifications



  • Strong technical foundation with experience in SaaS applications and Google Drive.

  • Proven ability in software troubleshooting and customer service.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to explain complex technical details in simple, understandable terms.

  • Familiarity with customer support tools and ticketing systems.

  • Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience in a customer support role, preferably in a tech or SaaS company.

  • Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript, TypeScript) is a plus.

  • Multilingual capabilities are advantageous.
