Our mission is simple, to make mental health services accessible for everyone. We’ve made connecting with CMHA York Region and South Simcoe easy. If you or someone you know needs mental health support, you can find a list of some of our programs offered below. CMHA is here to help and educate everyone: young people, adults, family members, friends, and caregivers. We understand everyone has a unique situation which is why we offer a variety of mental health services to the Vaughan community.
