Why do we need Safety Valve?
A Safety protects the system from over pressure. When pressure exceeds the maximum permitted pressure, overpressure develops. A safety valve's fast opening is particularly useful for averting malfunctions, fire risks, or explosions.

Steam Safety Valve – Steam Safety Valve protects systems and over pressured vessels. It is fitted over the boiler between the steam space and supply line of the steam. The boilers may become damaged by too much pressure. In order to release too high pressure, steam safety valve is employed. Manually or automatically reducing pressure is the principal function of the valve.
Thermal Safety Valve - A thermal safety valve releases excess pressure when the liquid expands thermally and does so in a closed system, which would otherwise result in excessive pressure. They are also called Pressure Safety Valve. If the force of fluid expansion is strong enough, the Thermal Safety valve's internal spring opens. These valves require lesser maintenance.
Conventional Safety Valve – conventional Safety Valve is used to ensure the safety of numerous pressure equipment including tanks and boilers. When the fluid pressure rises, it automatically begins to discharge the fluid. It automatically closes when the pressure drops.
